If you only order 1 item of our products or you arrange us to produce 1 item of your products according to your design, The smallest quantities are 3000 pieces. If you order many items of our products or arrange us to produce many of your products,the smallest quantities of every item may be low as 500 pieces,but the total quantities should surpass 30000pieces.

What measures do you take to guarantee the quality of your products? TOP
Quality is our life ,at the same time it is the basement of enterprise development.We have take a series of steps and regulations to guarantee the quality of our products.
1:seriously we control the quality of materials .we have establish detail and complete material standard,once we found the reason of defect of the semi –products is caused by unqualified materials ,all the melted material will be take out and changed into qualified materials and the person of responsibility will be punished though economic means.
2:We have formulate detail and discreet operation regulation which every worker should comply with to produce qualified products.
3;We periodically and systematically train our workers from theory and practice in order to produce qualified products.
4;When finished products are formed, each product will be tested separately by two workers and relevant instruments.
5;When all the finished products are going to be wrapped and put into inner boxes and cartons , each product will be tested separately by three workers and relevant instruments. Once the defect of finished products is founded ,all the products will be put away and the persons of responsibility of previous test procedure will be punished though serious economic means.
6;When all the order products are shipped to clients and customers ,Once the defects of our products which we produce are founded , the persons of responsibility of test procedure will be punished though serious economic means.under this condition ,the terms of claim for compensation begain to be valid.

What is the claim for compensation? TOP
When all the order products are shipped to clients ,we advise importers examine all or parts of the products .With 6 months when products are shipped to clients, once our supplied products are found to exist flaw , clients should immediately inform us and keep the products intact ,at the same time we will compensate the loss caused by us immediately and absolutely including the freight and prices which were paid by clients or deduct the amounts of payment of next goods.Of course no matter which compensation way ,the right of determination is on clients.

What measures do you take to guarantee that no broken damage occur in the course of shipment? TOP
Firstly we will take proper methods of wrap age including enough outside white paper and foam paper ,high quality inner box and master carton ensuring every pieces of glassware will not be brokered when the master cartons are not carried lightly . Secondly we arrange two employees in the Port Xinggang to supervise all of our cargos will be placed properly .

What is the procedure of trade? TOP
Firstly clients select the products from our works or email or fax us a sample picture and concrete dimensions and even true sample .Secondly we will quote for you.Once you think our quotation suit for you ,we should supply sample for you and you confirm it.next a contract should be sign,confirming the delivery time ,destination port,term of claim of compensation,product quantities,payment pattern, Irrevocable transferable Letter of Credit or Bank Telegraphic Transfer etc.Afterword buyer T.T us 30% of the amount of payment or open an L/C to us.next we arrange to produce,.When the products are finished and transported to the port and get the Bill of lading,than we fax the copy of the Bill of lading to the buyer and the buyer pay the rest payment ,than we send the Bill of lading to the buyer.
